Some of the volunteer activities in which AVA participates are:
- Trail Patrol on Foot
- Bicycle Patrol
- Work at USFS Visitor Centers
- Trail Maintenance
- Campground Host
- Outreach Activities at Schools or Community Events
- Hosting School or College Groups Engaged in Service Projects
in the Forest

the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. We meet in Glendora at the Scout Hut in Finkbiner Park. If you are interested in
learning more about our organization, we encourage you to attend one of our meetings. |

Location:
Currently, most activities of the Angeles Volunteer Association occur in the San
Gabriel River Ranger District. This is the area of the National Forest north of the
cities of Azusa, Glendora, San Dimas and Claremont.
